To register for conditioning camp and/or body contact clinics please e-transfer our Treasurer at treasurer@sfmha.ca (please include your player name and division in the message)*** no refunds will be issued for missed sessions

 

*** any player intending to play on a contact team or as an affiliate on a contact team MUST sign up for one of the body contact clinics

 

Conditioning Camp

 

There are four divisions U9, U11, U13 and U15/U18. Please sign up for the appropriate age group as per registration.

 

U9 and U11

 

3 x 50 minute sessions at $25 per session or $65 for all 3 dates

 

U9 dates and times:

 

Saturday August 30 at 1 pm Sunday August 31 at 3:30 pm Monday September 1 at 5:00 pm

 

U11 dates and times:

 

Saturday August 30 at 2 pm Sunday August 31 at 4:30 pm Monday September 1 at 6:00 pm

 

U13 and U15/U18

 

2 x 80 minute sessions at $40 per session or $70 for both dates

 

U13 dates and times:

 

Saturday August 30 at 3 pm Sunday August 31 at 5:30 pm

 

U15/18 dates and times:

 

Tuesday August 26 at 5:00 pm Saturday August 30 at 4:30 pm

 

Body Contact Sessions (any player intending to play on a contact team or as an affiliate on a contact team MUST sign up for one of these sessions)

 

80 minute sessions

 

$ 30 per session

 

Sunday August 31 at 7 pm or

 

Thursday September 4 at 5:30 pm
