Game Cancellation Procedure

Coaches and Managers,

Please follow these this game cancellation procedure.
In order to postpone a game due to inclement weather please monitor the weather up until 4 hours prior to the game time. With the vast geographical area of the UCMHL weather conditions may vary significantly. Please do not deny a weather-related request.
Upon cancellation, teams should notify their UCMHL convenor so they can mark the game as TBD. The home team is responsible for notifying:
  • Referee in Chief to cancel referees – Todd McCoy- mccoytodd15@gmail.com  
  • Ice Director - barbmaitland@ripnet.com and ask for replacement dates to reschedule
  • Time Keeper
Please reschedule as soon as possible. Once the game is rescheduled the home team will have to book officials through their Association Referee In Chief and notify the convenor of the new date.
